Cross between Salvia apiana and clevelandii.  Drought tolerant.  Interesting silver foliage adds texture to garden while the flowers are much more showy than Salvia apiana.


Larger size Sage.


Prune to desired height and shape. 

Pruning encourages branching - more flowers.


Early-mid season color.


Drought tolerant


Evergreen. Dormant in summer. Does not need summer irrigation after established.


Needs good drainage.
