Salvia sonomensis  Common Name: Creeping Sage

Becoming a favorite - easy maintenance and still beautiful spring flowers. Low growing perennial sage. Native to inland coastal areas of California. Nice violet/blue flowers Spring through early summer. Can take some Summer irrigation. Sensitive to full sun of Central Valley Summers.

An option to Bees Bliss which is very aggressive - this one is much slower growing and needs a lot less room.  Grown in part shade or full sun.

Spreading sage up to 8' wide.  Needs room but easy to keep in a confined space.
